The Alto

My husband and I Just moved into the Alto apartments recently on Thanksgiving Day and when I tell you it couldn't have been a better Thanksgiving well I mean that it was a true blessing and something to be more than thankful for on that day. We got to say we love living here, we only signed a one year lease but were definitely thinking and talking about extending our stay longer. If you're looking for a home sweet home that has some peace and Tranquility you won't have to look far because this is the place. It's so quiet and peaceful we don't hear no traffic or have anything negative to say about the property. The maintenance guy and property staff is beyond phenomenal. Walk into the leasing office and be welcomed into the neighborhood from Eric and Abel well there already 2 amazing people

I have lived here going on 2 years in February. This place is really quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. They are pet friendly. Since they took over the new management in the rental office, they started hosting events for the community, they opened up the pool earlier and tried keeping it clean. Before, when they would do inspections they would only give us hours notice. Like we would get an email at 9pm for the next day. I wfh alot so that doesn't work for me. Now with the new mgmt. they give us 48hr notices. The management office is really easy to work with, they are never rude. As far as the apartments themselves. I live in a townhome with three balconies two with views of the whole westside. I can see the fireworks from Leon valley park on 4th of July. I plan on signing

Waiting to use the pool. Lived here since Oct and still waiting for it to stay cleaned. They say it's closed there no signs saying that. And we are in south Texas no other pools look like this in the area. We would like to use the one thing you offer.

Definitely won't recommend living here. Not up to date. They forced us in a unupdated unit that we didn't want....then refuse to move us without the $500 fee. We are the 4th tenants to be inthis unit in the past 2 years! The dishwasher smells like sewer water when ran, the water comes out brown, when I'm running the washer; all water pressure goes down, for my neighbor too. It's texas, Christmas was one hot day; and the pool is "closed" but no signage saying so, not that I'd want to get in, the water is so cloudy I feel I'd get an infection just stepping it! They have dogs all over barking day and night, i work overnights ans my woman works days, think we can get stuff done? No! No notice about a new management company till the week of, leaving us without our rental portal to pay rent-some

This is one of the better apartment communities I’ve lived in around San Antonio. The unit was clean when I moved in, parking hasn’t been a problem for me, and the neighbors are respectful. I also like that it’s in a convenient area without feeling hectic all the time.
