This property is HORRIBLE. Leaking windows, office personnel and management absolutely sucks! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Maintenance request after maintenance request and STILL NOTHING. My car was broken into TWICE living at this location and of course nothing could be done.. at the time of my stay, there were only 2 maintenance men and boy did they try! THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! You can literally hear your neighbors conversation on a regular day almost as if they are standing right in YOUR unit. Absolutely nothing will make me move back here. I left this location and didn’t stay for the entirety of my lease. This place is absolutely horrible. Might I add, there was rotating management in office and I was there for 2 years. Don’t waste your time. 🙄.

I just moved in Tuesday Aug 8. The place uninhabitable due to the state of the concrete floors— seemingly years of neglect / practice of not cleaning. I was given the keys with the place in this state! There are years of grime, rotted food remnants (even gum embedded under layers of filth)—an overall accumulation of scummy sludge. I am horrified at the thought of touching the floor, dropping something on it, eating near it, walking on it. I wear shoes in my own home due to the contaminated MUCK under my feet! This management has disrespected me by expecting me to live in these unbelievable conditions. The kitchen area is especially putrid. Unbelievable that I pay to live here; baffled that management nor maintenance has replied to my requests to clean the floors. They will need to steamed/

Live here currently. Posting anonymously, my name is not aleks nor is this my face. leaving a 3 star review because of the cost to live here, its cheaper and in a great location. They claim they have historic tax credits so they cant change the flooring, or add skylights to the roof, but their tax credit period has ended and they are allowed to make any change they want to the building. Highly suggest if you do live here, to get a unit with windows until they do something about the completely interior units with natural light. TO DR GOMEZ, that is not dirt you are picking up, these are the original concrete floors, and concrete begins to deteriorate after a while. They need to just add vinyl hardwood downstairs for 4-6 dollars a square foot.

Great staff! They are helpful and answered all my questions I had about the property. Definitely recommend anyone to them!

Quiet, safe, and in a great location in Scott’s Addition. Street parking isn’t bad.
