I am outraged and deeply disappointed with my experience living here. After moving out, I was contacted weeks later and told that a piece of equipment was “missing” from the property. At first, I wasn’t even told what it was. Once they clarified, what upset me the most was that from the very beginning they assumed that my family and I had stolen it. They even threatened to take it out of my deposit if it was not found — which is completely unfair. What makes this worse is that this situation shows how tenants are left completely unprotected. Essentially, they can charge you for anything after you move out, and it becomes your word against theirs. No matter how much you explain or clarify, once you are gone, anything that disappears can be unfairly blamed on you. That is exactly what happe

There is no leasing office on-site to deal with issues. During tenant evictions, personal property is thrown haphazardly on the lawn. Tenants also illegally dump items in residential alleys at night, park multiple cars in front of private residences, and race through stop signs. It's complete chaos. If you don't like living in a neighborhood, this probably isn't the place for you.

Lauren is the best! She is very knowledgeable on everything. She has went above and beyond to accommodate my family in our journey to find a new home. I’m definitely excited to work with her in the future as well. She completely sold us on the property with her amazing customer service!

Generally avoid if you can. New build is really nice, but comes with its own set of issues. We’ve had to submit a lot of maintenance requests for basic things, and the overall living is a bit odd, certain aspects of the unit don’t make sense like tight closets and doors that don’t fully stay open. Area is also a bit sketchy, we’ve had 2 packages stolen in the first month alone. Wishing this area was gated to prevent theft. Management is atleast responsive, but for the price you pay you’d rather go somewhere else.

If I could delete a star I would. I have had constant issues since the day I have moved in, with the latest being HVAC issues. Tonight I was told that having no AC even though our household has medical conditions is not considered a maintenance emergency. I’m completely dissatisfied about the way my calls were handled tonight and the lack of care to my situation.
