The Allara Apartments

I am not one to write a review to only complain but I feel people need to know the truth. I have lived here 4 years and yes things were not perfect with the old company. But in the last few months a new management has taken over and now called “The Allara” and I was really hoping some things would improve with a new company taking over. Sadly it has gotten noticeably worse quickly. First of all, if you put a maintenance request in, you are waiting AT LEAST 2 weeks if they even contact you. There is trash everywhere!!!! With the prior company, your work order was ALWAYS done that day or the next at the latest and you would see them cleaning the neighborhood on a daily basis. Now there is literally trash all over and I love seeing the maintenance men pass right by it completely ignoring it.

I currently live in this community (for 7 years) and I'm tired of seeing people review staff and not the property or write their review when they are pissed off. HERE IS THE TRUTH about the community: THE BAD: There ARE issues. The GATE is inconsistently closed. They change OWNERS (This is the 3rd owner in 7 years), PARKING may be an issue especially if you get home after 5pm. The hallway was pretty dirty because of the drippings from valet trash removal (until recently) for my building. We've had issues with the staff on a few occasions but nothing detrimental. I have loud upstairs neighbors but that isn't the apartment's fault. THE GOOD: The LOCATION is excellent. Everything is close by. MAINTENANCE is pretty responsive (probably because I've had good relationships with all of the diffe

Ms Diane helped me move in very quickly. I told her I start work on Monday, and she had me approved within 24 hrs and moved in in abt 48 hrs. She is very quick and to the point but it’s very helpful. I was told I would have a parking lot view but ended up having a great view of the water.

Diane was our leasing agent and she was so welcoming and helpful. A great agent to work with and amazingly transparent and explained everything super well. Helped my mother move in within 3 days of seeing the apartment! 10/10 service

The office staff is amazing the manager and the assistant manager has been doing a wonderful job. For years I had floods in my apartment and always complained about the smell and I said I had mold..but the other management company's never did anything. But the manager did she fix the problem with no hesitation I appreciate everything that they are doing They are trying very hard on fixing the place up that the other managers did not do Thank you
