The Alexandria Apartments

I've been living here since June 2024. Great little community to live in. The placement of the apartments are great because you are near shopping centers and in great distance of grocery stores in both directions.

Moving away from here when my lease was up was better than Christmas! From the mice and 500 dogs that also reside there, I couldn’t wait to stop paying the almost $1,800/month for a 2BD/2BA apartment. The $1,800 included: * Base rent of a little over $1,600 * A mandatory $25/month for “valet trash pickup” with stringent rules such as a 2-bag maximum, where all bags must fit in the little trash can provided. Also, you’re not allowed to leave the trash can outside unless you want a written violation on your door and/or a fine…and that’s if the company even feels like collecting the trash. * A gate that rarely worked [my name didn’t even appear on the residents’ list of the call box for the first 5-6 months that I lived there] —in fact, at one point several residents had their windows sma

We have really enjoyed living here at the Alexandria! The office staff has been wonderful and helpful when we’ve had any issues. The pool is beautiful & we can’t wait to spend the summer swimming and hanging out! All the amenities are lovely & the clubhouse/workout area is always clean and nice to visit. The mailroom is also great with it being indoors. Grateful to be a part of this community! 🤗

The Alexandria Apartment complex is really beautiful. The apartments are well thoughtout and the attention to detail is evident. The rooms are spacious and the high ceilings added a nice touch you don't find in older apartments. The pool area is great with different areas for activities, along with the office lounge area. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and always explains things when there are any issues as residents need to know. As with any new property there are kinks to work out. I highly recommend it as a great place to live.

I have lived on site for about a year now, the staff is attentive, honest, and very polite. It feels like you’re speaking with someone at a Chick-fil-A. The apartments are new and clean, the amenities feel very luxurious, and the pool is a perfect area for grilling. Over all I love this property and look forward to this being my home long term.
