Avoid here at all costs!! Unprofessional Management, Poor Maintenance, and Not Worth the Cost! From the moment I moved in, my washer machine did not work. I submitted a move in inspection report with both photos and a video showing the malfunction. Despite that, it took over three weeks for the issue to be scheduled for repair more specifically 22 days. During that time, management offered no laundry access, no compensation, and no alternative support. When I raised this as a legal concern, I was told verbally that the problem might have been “left unreported by the previous tenant,” which is disturbing considering they failed to inspect or test the unit before I moved in. This place is relatively cheaper than nearby apartments, but remember, you get what you pay for... Pros: Walkable (close to bars, coffee shops, public transportation). In-unit laundry. My room had a tiny balcony. Relatively new construction, so bugs weren't an issue. Cons: No A/C. I lived on the second of four floors and it got SO hot in the summer. They will give you shit about a window A/C if it's not installed specifically in your balcony window (so that it takes up 60% of the usable balcony space). For years, I had been installing my A/C in April. This year, they randomly told me that they do not allow A/Cs to be installed before May 1, even though it says that nowhere in the lease. Avoid this place if you can. Management is supper communicative when you're applying but after that they're all over the place and inconsistent. They're just another management company with a monopoly in rental property all over the city. Save your money and go elsewhere. Update/response: It's called being anonymous babe! I love my unit and apartment. The staff has always been welcoming to help out in anyway. Move in was very easy and they worked to make sure it fit my timeline. I would give this complex a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for no AC, bad parking, and the mass amounts of human/dog feces directly outside the complex. Regardless, so far a great landlord and the Amazon package system downstairs is a huge plus. I’d still recommend this place to anyone!
