The Alaire Twinbrook Station Apartments

This apartment complex is so nice. The ammenties are perfect. You get a beautiful pool a nice social area and a gym. This place is such a nice establishment. Really clean, good lighting, apartments are very nice and modern. What really sold us was the Leasing management Ehlisendry gave us a tour the week of new years eve. Which she was by herself working. She literally flew and handle clients all by her self with grace. She gave us the full experience, regardless of being solo. My husband and I were speechless because of how amazing she worked. While being passionate about the place and so helpful. We looked at other places prior but really sold us was her. She worked with us to make sure we found a perfect unit for us to move from DC. We recently moved in two weeks ago, and our experience has been very positive. Sean B was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the process. He began by providing a comprehensive tour of the premises and kindly accommodated our request to switch to a preferred room. Additionally, he prepared a new lease agreement for us prior to our move-in. *However, my husband had to call 2-3 times to get the lease assignment due to system delays.*

Sean was great when showing us the apartment. We were very satisfied with the tour and submitted our application the second day after that. However, the rest of the process was not smooth. There were many delays and a lot of back and forth communication. On the day the lease was supposed to start, we still had not received anything, including the lease agreement itself. We were also informed of late fees. This made us very concerned about moving in and decided to back out on the last day. Also, I had already opened a Pepco account for the move, and later had to close it. Today I found out that during the 7 days the account was active, it was charged 243 kWh (about $60). This is more than what we pay for one full month in our current apartment. Shocked. Overall, it would be 0 stars. I gav
