I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Mary Bonham and wish I could say working with her is a smooth experience, but it was anything but. While I wasn’t the one directly selling the home, I was deeply involved as part of the family, and Mary turned what should have been a positive experience into a completely miserable one. Mary’s lack of professionalism and respect for our family was genuinely shocking. She repeatedly failed to communicate in a timely or clear manner, even when important deadlines were looming. One instance that stands out is when our family had urgent questions about the listing agreement. I don't have words to express how grateful we are for Dea Campbell. I had no idea how difficult the job of a realtor could be until now. We had been interested in a home that had been pending off an on with the same person and we wanted to make an attempt to make an offer. It was a long shot and Dea could have been going to a lot of trouble for nothing but she was willing to give it a shot.
