My experience with Alex and his team has nothing more than phenomenal! I first met him when I bought my apartment and he was the sponsor's broker, and since it was a direct sale, he helped facilitate the process every step of the way. After the sale, he even gave me some inside tips on the neighborhood, and also provided contacts for maintaining the house (locksmith, plumbing, electrical, etc) as a new homeowner. Obviously when I wanted to list my apartment for sale he was the first to come to mind. During the pandemic when I was out of the country, Alex and his team went to decorate my apartment, and also gave me advice each month on the progress. He was also an excellent negotiator and went above and beyond in several aspects, such as help pack up my belongings and touch up the apartment

We have been working with Alex for several years now. Real Estate people can be scary in NYC, but Alex is definitely the exception to the rule. Not only is he really nice and knowledgeable, he also gets the job done with efficiency, from renting, buying, to simple market advice, he is your person. He is true to his work values and is very honest, he wants the best for his clients. He is quick to answer and quick to make you feel comfortable, even though NY Real state market can be crazy, you will feel listened to and understood, he is not pushy but strong and determined.

So here's the deal. After looking around for apartments and meeting all sorts of brokers good and bad, it was refreshing to work with Alex. Yes, he happened to be the broker for the apartment we wanted over all others, but his blend of being personable and straight to the point is perfect. He's patient and truly listens to your preferences and goes above and beyond to make sure the little things get done. We rented with Alex and will certainly look to work with him to buy our first place. His team is also great and very helpful.
