The Addison at Windermere

We have been living here for almost two years and truly enjoyed our time in this community. The location is very convenient, the apartment is comfortable with good-quality furniture, and cleanliness is always well maintained throughout the building. The territory is beautiful and well cared for — clean pool, perfectly maintained lawns, and a calm, safe, and quiet atmosphere. Management and staff are friendly and responsive, any requests or repairs are handled promptly. The clubhouse and regular community events are a great bonus. We are very happy with our choice and would gladly recommend this place.

Don’t believe the reviews. They are all fake. If I could have giving 0 stars I would have. The management of this property does not care and nothing ever changes. I lived at the Addison of Windermere for about 5 years and shame on me for living there that long. The pool, the gym, the grounds, the dog park, and the property are not maintained. The AC units and elevators are always breaking and forget about if any thing ever breaks in the gym because it takes months for them to replace it, if they even do that. I am sure someone from managment will comment but please don’t believe there lies. If you don’t believe this review ask them when they take you on a tour of the property to take you to a building with the apartment you will be renting. The staff is very helpful and kind when you need them and all issues are addressed in a timely manner. Valeria and Kerri are very friendly. Kids playground could use an update and TLC. The activities for residents are great!
