The Adams Apartments

Loved the convenient and safe location. Communication was always an issue. Accused of stealing out of the mail room at one point. Cops threatened all before I demanded we all watch the video surveillance showing that it was an UNKNOWN man still no idea why I was accused. As a black women, having the cops threatened for no reason was a horrible experience. I believe the leasing officers name was Theresa. After moving out in spring 2025 I was advised via email statement that a large deposit was owed to me in September. The funds have still not been received and the communication is non existent.

Our stay at The Adam's Apartments was anything but basic. It has an old world meets modern luxury feel. It has everything you need including a washer dryer, downtown dining, and close to the Art District. My favorite part is the veiws of the Arkansas River.

From the moment I spoke with Theresa, the apartment manager, I knew I was in good hands. Theresa was very knowledgeable and thorough regarding the building's history and the rental process. All my questions were answered, from start to finish. Theresa's kindness was terrific. I would highly recommend her; she is a great people person and a great manager.

I had the pleasure of working with the management at The Adams during a life move transition. The managers Theresa and Tatum were so responsive, behind accommodating, and most of all, kind. This is a beautiful building, well ran and well taken care of. I can’t thank these two ladies enough!

DO NOT RENT HERE! Rose Rock (management company) uses very duplicitous tactics with its tenants. It was nice at first until you give notice to vacate, then they use unsavory tactics to get you to stay including threatening with legal action. **RENTER BEWARE**
