Adam was excellent and was able to respond to one of my last minute payment issues without any problems. And he didn't charge me fees that other companies had quoted me. He recommended the best title insurance for my needs and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't require (as I have experienced in the past). My title transaction went smoothly and quickly. He and Sandi even gave me some guidance on another property-related issue that I had, and were able me to recommend several experienced real estate attorneys that could help me further. Overall, the abstract company was professional, quick, and painless. Great experience.

I contacted Sandi Fox Jones to get a document from a 2001 closing. Not only did I get that document but I got a call from Sandi as well. What a wonderful person and what a great company! That dedication to the customer is almost beyond belief these days.

Unprofessional!!!! Called to get information about services, and upon being greeted, I gave my name and asked how the representative’s day was doing, her response “busy, thank you,” and hung up. Wow, some people, you are blessed with employment, and that is the service one receives asking how your day is going. I can not speak on the quality of service as I wasn’t afforded the opportunity to make it that far. If this is a sign of what’s to come, I’m glad to have dodged the chaos. If this is the first point of contact one is to make, please do better with professionalism. First impressions matter!

Literally the worst title insurance company ever!! I dealt mostly with a woman (the president) named Sandi/Sondra. She is extremely unprofessional and very rude. I would send her email after email asking very specific questions and she would completely ignore the emails and only respond with a “yes”. If someone sends you an email asking an OR question how do you respond with only a yes? And she would also respond in all Caps as if it was my fault that I had to questions to clarify information she never told me. Then when something went wrong, which of course happened because she wouldn’t answer my questions she blamed me for it and carbon copied everyone in the company in an email just to call me stupid. For 25 years I've used Abstract company on pine street for my property purchases. The staff and leadership is amazing. There work is thorough. They are a plethora of knowledge and information in all aspects of real estate and will guide you every step of the transaction.
