The Abington Apartments

I have had a broken window for over a month, maintenance/management put as complete when nothing had been done at all. Always making an excuse of why and when something will be done and never uphold to it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL.

Me and my son just moved in a few months ago new management just took over there renovating the whole property it’s just amazing how much improvements have been made just in the last 6 weeks I highly recommend this place it’s extremely affordable it’s only $825 for a 2 bed room 2 bath

Maintenance came into my place unannounced while my pet was out. I came in to things moved around without my knowledge. I’m really really trying to hold on because I have no where else to go at this moment. Ive lived here for 2 years and ever since new management took over it’s been one thing after the next. If you are looking to move here please don’t. I feel so violated to the point I can’t even sleep.

I really hate to do this but they really need to be on notice... maintenance need to be fired or replaced or what ever... they take forever responding to calls even emergencies... it has been 100+ temps since my AC went out and no one showed any concern. I have been here going on 4 years and only seen the maintenance twice... but I have put in multiple requests... my rent is paid every month but maintenance request are disregarded. They don't fix anything but the resident portal shows it to be completed.. I have had about 15 people, no exaggeration, that I know ask about moving here, and I told them all that it wouldn't be a good idea. I am very disappointed in how im treated and disregarded but maintenance still gets paid and does nothing but clean up trash and sit in the maintenance offi

If I could give this place half a star I would. I filled out an application over two weeks ago and now no one has returned any of my emails or calls. I understand there is new management coming in for these apartments but if you can’t call back, text or email people in a timely manner that was PROMISED, you look terrible. Communication is key and I don’t think it’s fair that I’ve been doing my due diligence at contacting this office every day or every other day to either be ignored or hung up on. There is no portion to leave a voicemail either.
