The Abbey at Montgomery Park

Lived here for almost 4 years, today was my last day. And I 100% recommend this place. Office ladies are the best, they were always friendly with my toddler and I. If we ever had an issue which was hardly ever, they were quick to fix it. The maintenance guys are super friendly. The neighbors as well, sometimes my toddler would drop his paw patrol plush and the neighbors would prop him up on our car or in front of the door. Never had a single thing to complain about here. It’s honestly very nice and I’m going to miss it very much. Highly recommend 700 buildings, very aesthetic apartments! The community pool party from last year was super amazing! Thank you guys for the lovely memories here!

I absolutely adore my apartment. Quiet and serene. Samantha and Michelle in the office are fantastic. It is an amazing place to live and I highly recommend! (Photos from as I was moving in, before furniture was added!)

My husband, two small children and I have lived at this apartment complex for over 3 years. We really enjoyed it at first, Michelle always took great care of us. After that management changed and we felt things change big time. Our car was broken into 3 different times. We made the office aware and they did nothing. We started to get roaches and ants when we had never dealt with them before, you would call and leave a message because they never answered the phone and no calls were returned. Overall just felt very uncomfortable living there towards the end and we were ready to get out. Not to mention they overcharge and slowly add on “service fees” onto rent and but don’t explain what they are for. Overall I don’t recommend living here. You can find something less expensive, nicer, and bett

We love it here!! We have lived here for a year and just resigned for another year. Sammantha and Michelle in the office are amazing! They’re very understanding and really care about their residents. They throw events for the residents and even took the time to deliver a goody bag for our daughters birthday to our door and on other occasions as well. As far as the complex as a whole, it’s super quiet and we haven’t had any issues, there are lots of families who live here as well. The inside of the apartments are being updated as we speak. (which they were already pretty updated when we moved in) Maintenance is pretty quick at fixing things. We haven’t had anything major break but our AC was acting funny and not blowing cold air and they literally came and fixed it the same day, it ended up

We’ve lived at the Abbey for almost 3 years now. Michelle and her team are fantastic and keep a clean, healthy and friendly atmosphere across the community. Maintenance is great and on time, services and amenities are excellent. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cost effective, comfortable and safe place to live.
