The leasing process was real easy and simple. Ericka Garrett in the leasing office is a great leasing consultant. She is very friendly, helpful and very attentive. The small maintenance issues I had when I first moved in, she got right on it and the maintenance guys took care of it right away. I really appreciated that. The complex itself is very nice, very quiet. I feel safe here. The units are well maintained.

I’ve been living here for less than a month and I have to add that my experience at the Abbey has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is amazing. Ms. Ericka is so professional, pleasant, helpful, and empathetic. She ensured that my transition from my old home ran smoothly and was always there to answers all of my questions. The staff is amazing they answered concerns immediately and professionally. The neighborhood is amazing and the apartment is beautiful, luxurious, and spacious. My work order for mildewed vent covers has been closed twice and marked as resolved but has not been resolved at all. I made mention of this when I did my move in inspection and nothing was done so I entered work orders. But there still hasn’t been anything done. I am a Property Manager myself and this is very unsettling. I guess I will measure and buy my own vent register covers and replace them and deliver the mildewed ones to the management office. I already sent pictures in an email and was told it would be addressed but we’re in September now and I move in June and nothing has been done. This saddens me because this is a beautiful community. The office staff is so nice, helpful and very pleasant. Especially Ericka Garrett. She has top tier customer service. So I really really really h
