Nicely built, well lit floors above the ground level (basement floors also there). Good for the bachelor folks (families with kids may feel it a bit difficult due to lack of provision for installing in-unit washer/dryer). Pets allowed (T&C) Ample parking space and trash removal arrangements.
This place has asbestos mold!! It can be smelled from outside the building. My unit had a hole in the wall and this is how they repaired it. Ilissiah is the best tho.
Josue went above and beyond and provided exceptional service and was very professional from start to finish !! Apartment look very clean great apartment. Look forward to enjoy this apartment
