The 508 West

We had the opportunity to look at the new apartments available at The 508 West last weekend. I was impressed with the loft style apartments. All of them are new and ready to rent. I hear the renovations took longer than expected, but the wait is well worth it. The amenities like the dog wash, Amazon deliveries, and fitness center are a nice bonus. They even have small office or study rooms if you need quite. Most of what I will need is within walking or biking distance. They even have a secure place to store by bike!

We had the pleasure of touring The 508 West today. Taylor, the property manager was very accommodating with our schedule. I was impressed with all the amenities they offered including an impressive rooftop lounge, pet spa, additional resident storage and a great workout room. We've transformed an old medical office building and attached garage structure into a beautiful and innovative 118 unit, 10 story mixed use apartment. Complete with all the modern day amenities including the best view of the City, our Sky Lounge. Now pre-leasing for an expected March occupancy!

Clean, quiet, beautiful view of the city/mountains. Taylor has decorated this place to the T. Wonderful place to sit back relax and enjoy the views or spend time with loved ones.

Stuff like the gate was never fixed after a year+. Moved out took care of patches and cleaning expecting deposit back they charged 700 bucks for painting. 8 hours labor for 3 patches? And 700 for 8 hours that's ridiculous shoulda took one guy 4 hours and definitely not at 80 bucks an hour. I would know I also do painting/patching for a living. No hot water or hot water that took 40+ mins to heat up. Packages frequently stolen because they where left in lobby because of poor communication and management with Amazon having access to their hub.
