A really lovely place. Just READ THE LEASE AND ALSO LEARN TENANT LAWS. they'll use "fair housing" as an excuse for things, when that's not what fair housing entitles. Just know your stuff. Move-Out: Make sure you clean your apartment, I did that. I took videos... And I sent emais about what the previous tenant did...but I think they charged me for what she did, not sure... because they never told me what they found or if I was getting my deposit back. They refuse to do walkthroughs, but under mo tenant law, you can request it... But it's a fight. They refused to send me video of their findings or even documentation. Sooo 🙃 yea... New property managers kinda yaaaaaa... The move out under them is different from the move in when Yolanda was the property manager.... And it was in house. Muc

I had a great experience visiting the 505! The community is well maintained, comfortable and feels like home. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Dylan, Faith and Hunter are absolutely amazing — friendly, professional and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with genuine care, which makes a huge difference as a potential resident. I truly appreciate how responsive and approachable the team is.

Our daughter has lived at The 505 in downtown Springfield for several months and likes living there. I have visited several times and I am always impressed with the cleanliness, the attentiveness of maintenance staff when needed, and all the amenities available there included in the rent. I feel comfortable with her safety there, also. I highly recommend The 505 for college students and young adults.

After a recent incident with these apartments from somebody I know, I just want everyone to know that I have lived in student housing before and this place as far as security is horrible. We used to have to call security before being let in in my student housing and show them an ID as well as sign in at the front desk. If someone doesn’t live there, they should not be let in after certain hours to protect the other students. Or if someone is visiting, they should have to be in by a certain time and signed in. The fact they let a criminal into their building and someone was harmed in it because of their lack of security is horrible! Be aware if you are a student considering living here or a parent looking into allowing your adult child to live here! Please up your security 505 and I mean RE
