The 305 Apartments

This apartment is a joke and so are the property managers. I lived here for 6 months with no hot water, no heat, no air conditioning, a dishwasher that kept flooding my apartment, no electricity in my bathroom, being locked out of my bedroom for more than a week and maintenance telling me that it was MY problem, and the list continues. I did everything I could to resolve things because who wants to pay for a moving crew and pack yet again.... I was never offered another unit. People in the office were beyond rude and dismissed everything I brought to them. I spoke with the property manager and she said she would be able to void my lease termination fees due to the STACK of work orders for my apartment and the documentation I had... well now I'm in collections which I never even received an

Do not rent here!! We have lived here for several years and it has been a traumatizing experience. We have had no hot water for MONTHS and management acts like we are crazy for complaining about it. They shut our water off for hours at a time almost every week. We have so many roaches that even multiple visits of the exterminator have done nothing about it. There is mold everywhere. I honestly have no idea how this place is legally habitable - they are bound to get caught by the state at some point.

DO NOT EVER MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. It’s absolutely terrible I’ve lived here for a over a year and there are constant water issues you will go months without hot water they will gaslight you about it to get you out of the there face. After a month of being patient my apartment is now flooded the leasing ladies had a condescending attitude when we spoke to them they won’t give us the corporate number and have horrible customer service. These place is absolutely terrible and disgusting along with water issues the halls are always dirty it just all around bad stay far away from this place.

I have been living in this apartment for about three months, and the conditions are truly unbearable. The shower faucet drips, the walls have mold, there are cockroaches, and the washing machine’s drain button is broken. Management has taken no action so far. Living here is practically impossible. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable place to live, I do not recommend this place!”

do not move here. don't be fooled by the affordable prices. the parking is expensive and half the time you are stuck in the garage because the machines are not working. they constantly turn the water off on very short notice and the water is ALWAYS off longer than they say it will be ( sometimes we go 10+ hours without water) management is nice but as cheap as they are these apartments are NOT worth the price STAY AWAY
