Marissa was super helpful during my tour and application process! She’s very knowledgeable about the property and CBH as a whole. Definitely go to her if you’re looking at the 240 apartments. The apartments themselves are super nice and the area is very clean and maintained well.

I’ve lived here for a while, and the recent changes in management have made a huge difference. Justin, the new community manager, along with Marissa and Alexa on the leasing team, have completely transformed the experience of living here. They are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. For the first time, I feel truly at home — safe, heard, and supported. The community itself is amazing. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and it’s such a peaceful environment. The amenities are always clean and well taken care of, which makes a big difference in everyday life. I honestly have no plans to leave unless it’s to buy a home someday. I love it here and feel lucky to call this place home!

From the initial hunting of apartments (which is always a pain...), the 240 apartments struck mine and my boyfriend's eye immediately! This apartment complex wasn't even on the list of complexes to look at/tour. We were originally looking at a complex across the street from the 240, but saw these and immediately fell in love. We went in later for a tour of a 2 bed 2 bath and loved the layout - that was when we knew this was going to be our home! When looking at the 240 apartments online, I read all of the negative reviews written about this complex, and I have to say, I'm disappointed people are so negative on the tiniest of things. I have lived here for about 2 months now. Everything has been great so far. I toured with Brianna. Marissa has been very helpful since then. I’ve had no issues with the apartment. I find it to be relatively quiet. My neighbors are friendly. The grounds and amenities are all clean and taken care of. I have no complaints so far.

I recently toured the 240 Apartments and was very impressed with the community—it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming vibe.
