I absolutely love my apartment! The space is comfortable, modern, and truly feels like home. One of my favorite features is the business center—it’s such an amazing fit for my lifestyle and makes everything so convenient, whether I’m working, studying, or just needing a quiet space. I also have to highlight how much I appreciate having Shay as the manager of my apartment home. She’s always eager to help with any questions or concerns, and that level of support really makes living here feel amazing. Between the great amenities and the outstanding management, I couldn’t be happier living here

I have been a tenant for 5 years (going on 6) and love it here! I have had very little issues with the unit, but if something does come up, the maintenance team is friendly, speedy, and helpful. The building lobby was recently re-done and everything looks great.

Just recently moved here and so far I am loving it! It is in a great location, free parking on site is such an added bonus that I’m very grateful for. I love the exposed brick in the apartments and the management staff have been fantastic in assisting with a smooth and easy move in process! EDIT: after two years of living here I am updating my review post-move out. Thames Point will always be a 5 star property that my boyfriend and I will cherish memories of forever! Maintenance is always reliable, timely, and kind. The office staff is so friendly and always there to help you when you are in need. Package delivery is wonderful and safe with the locker system in place. The dog park was a wonderful place for us to potty train our puppy when we got her, and a great place for her to play with

My partner and I have lived at Thames Point Apartments for over four years and can’t say enough good things about this community. The leasing office, maintenance, and cleaning staff are always friendly, accommodating, and quick to resolve any issues. Over the years, we’ve received several upgrades to our unit, including a new washer and dryer, dishwasher, flooring, fresh paint, and blackout shades. The property itself continues to improve as well—the lobby was recently renovated with an elevated fitness center, secure mail and package area, and a common space with a conference room. We also appreciate that parking is included in the rent (no extra fees) and that there is security monitoring the lot during the evenings and early mornings. Thames point apartments has been a great community to live in. Our apartment itself it spacious, updated fixtures, flooring, and appliances. It is conveniently located right in the heart of historical Fells Point near all the restaurant and bars. The parking is monitored at night which makes for a safe environment from the evenings into the morning. It is double the rent I used to pay at my old place, but well worth it. Jana and the whole office staff are responsive and very nice! I will be renewing my lease and continue recommending the apartment complex to friends and colleagues.
