⚠️Worst apartment complex to live in Naples Florida⚠️ I lived here for 2 years and the Leasing office staff and residents they let live here turned this community completely unsafe and trashy. Day 1 of me moving in my AC was completely broken and took them 3 days to fix (mind you I’m on the top floor so it was 90+ degrees) after that I had continuous AC problems every month where it did not work and the workers did not want to fix it. I even had the pleasure of the leasing staff to tell me “Well if it was 2 degrees hotter in your apartment then we would fix it today and it’s colder outside”. I was also attacked by another resident’s dog who let go of his leash and slowly walked over while I was getting attacked then walked away, seemingly doing it purposefully. This is my honest take on renting at Bermuda Isle: I was a tenant for a year, didn’t bother the office at all and paid my rent in time. The pros: priceless location!! You are close to everything in Naples. The location is unbeatable in terms of accessibility. The cons: Now that I know the Naples rental market, I can honestly say this community is overpriced. People at the office are ok, just ok. I felt like they have no real power when it came to solving tenant issues and concerns. My emails went unanswered for the most part, so I had to physically show up at the office. They are cool until you start asking questions. Maintenance in general areas is lacking: dirty spots, and random liquid stains on the floor that were never cleaned. I suffered a small roach infestation even though my hous

The maintenance crew is always polite and friendly. The work orders are completed in a timely manner. The work is done correctly and with no issues whatsoever after it’s completed. Thanks for all you do to keep the grounds looking great.

Amazing location and great costumer service. We had Issac help us get our very first apartment and he was so helpful, friendly, patient and supportive. Really great atmosphere. :)

Fantastic Apartment – Highly Recommend! This apartment exceeded all my expectations. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like home the moment I walked in. The living space was cozy yet spacious, with lots of natural light and a lovely balcony view. The location is ideal — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to public transportation. I especially appreciated the small touches like coffee, fresh towels, and a welcome guide with local tips. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, making everything smooth from booking to check-out. I’ll definitely be staying again for the next few years.
