Textile Lofts at Plant Zero

During this pandemic, I've been grateful to be in my apartment at the Textile Lofts. With the office closed, Crystalle has helpfully responded quickly to my concerns through emails. A huge shout out to the masked on-the-ground staff who have been working in chaotic conditions to keep the buildings and grounds clean and running!

I've been dealing with a leaking roof for years. They just don't care at all. No one will help us. They clear off maintenance requests you submit within a few hours but don't actually take any action whatsoever.
