First Off this company does great job to make sure you don't have a relationship with your lender. they hit you with all these fees I'm stuck with them now I'm looking to see if I can refinance because if you fall few days behind with this company your going to loose everything you have.again they not just a title company they managed they managed in-house financing for other individuals and they can pretty much milk you for what you got be careful guys because when dealing with this Company

Have aways made payments on time, and for an amount slightly higher than due. Online payment page frequently (about monthly) shows bogus late fees and "other" service fees seemingly charged in error that representatives have given conflicting explanations for. Latest example, note the below photo: - Payment is due the 30th of every month. - No prior late payments. - Last payment is noted as received January 29, 2021 (timely, as per reps) - It's not February 30, 2021 yet... - Next due date listed as March 30, and, behold, a late fee (apparently for the Feb 30 due date?) Update: Experience, service, employee competence… have all gotten worse.
