We hired Jerry for our hone inspection after calling around and hoping I would find an owner operator. Jerry was very thorough and not just going through a checklist. His report includes pictures and explanation of everything you could possibly want. The best part is the way he explains things, you can tell he loves what he does. He had an option to do termite inspection with our home inspection and he even coordinated it for us for a very reasonable price. Do not pass up that offer if it exists. Jerry was incredibly thorough and helpful during my home inspection. He came all the way to Forney, Texas to inspect my new construction home and pointed out several important items that needed to be addressed before closing. Jerry was very thorough, knowledgeable, has upgraded inspection writing systems and years of experience. He was very thorough and took time to explain each item of concern and also what your builders did nicely. That was comforting to hear the simple fixes and that we are getting a well built home. Even after the inspection, we were able to call Jerry and ask him his thoughts and he shared his expertise with us and what could be done to ease any of our concerns. He is super friendly and even tells some pretty funny jokes. We have had some bad experiences in the past with inspectors that missed several obvious issues, like inoperable plugs and windows and Jerry was definitely not one of them.
