Myself and two others rented with them for a year. We held up our end of the lease in the form of communicating about what needed repairing in the house, submitting timely work orders, and were in general excellent tenants. TRE forgot about important repairs several times for months at a time and was not upfront about some of the details of the house. This culminated in us being charged heftily for damages to the house several months after we had already moved out. Mind you, these were damages that we did not cause, and had documented upon moving in. When I reached out to them to discuss this with the property's broker, I have not been contacted since. Extremely unprofessional way to leave your tenants.

Glenn came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. He has been an absolute dream to work with. From helping me navigate the closing on a complex property deal, to answering all my questions about Texas real estate, to explaining property investments/management and even going above and beyond and helping to manage, supervise and organize renovations at the property. I recently purchased a new home with an agent from Texas Realty Exchange Group named Shannon Pancamo. She was, hands down, the best agent I could have asked for. She not only negotiated on behalf of me as her client to ensure my offer was selected, she worked hand-in-hand with the seller's agent to ensure I was getting all price cuts possible. On top of that, she even worked closely with the title company at closing to ensue that even more price cuts were involved. She was always on time, quick to respond and honest with all of her feedback. 5225 Bonner dr. The rental address. The rudest person u will have as a real estate agent. I honestly do not believe the owner knows of her / NOT costumer service. Maybe this is the reason that property is constantly available Promising a washer dryer connection after a month or two and not fulfilling the promise is unacceptable. Yet making sure to harass should u not pay on time. Just posting for the next potential gullible renter. Not a tenant. Just appalled at the behavior. DBK
