trey and his team are true professionals. As their names suggest they are more than property managers, they are partners to landlords such as me. I own a significant amount of properties and I demand a high level of attention and quality of service.

Trey and Perry were very easy to work with. We met up at our rental property and did a walkthrough together to go over the renovations that were in progress and the goals that we had with renting the property. There was a slight miscommunication regarding fees at the very beginning, but Trey bent over backwards to make up for that confusion. He really went above and beyond. Ever since they took over management for our property I have literally not had to worry about a single thing. There was even a period of time that I actually forgot I even owned a rental property because Trey and team were handling everything for me. I was able to fully automate all of my expenditure payments (mortgage, insurance, etc.) to be automatically withdrawn because I was able to rely on Trey to make sure
