Mr. Sanford also owns and operates Texas Premier Remodeling Team, LLC. He started a project with us involving a deck rebuild, a roof, and a driveway repair in October. As of April 25, 2025, the only part of the project completed was the roof. We had been promised four different completion dates, but none came to fruition. He had the framing work on the deck done in December but had spent an average of 1 day a month and 1-2 men working on it since then, except for 2 days in February when the roof was finally installed. He was paid per contract plus extra invoices. On March 28, we received an "intent to lien" letter on our property because Mr. Sanford had not paid the Engineer.
