Very nice place. We have friends that live there. If we didn't have two dogs that are used to being in the back yard, we would definitely consider moving there.

This is an iconic property. It has both a deep history and a pulse to the future. I would agree, there are many older people living here. But also an influx of younger occupants, as well. To live here you should embody all that's best of then and now.

We helped a friend move in to her new loft. It's a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath loft. It's in a great location in Ft. Worth. It also has a nice balcony with a great view. We hope she'll be very happy here.

We toured this place and liked it so much we proudly purchased a unit. Very clean well maintained icon of downtown Fort Worth.

The property itself is beautiful, and a majority of the staff are genuine and helpful, but management and HOA have declined in quality in recent years. Most tenants are older, and there is little sense of community, bordering on unwelcoming, if you are a young professional. This is not an ideal place to live if you are a younger adult, which is a shame given its location. The condos are pet friendly, but yards are often overrun with feces as there is little to no enforcement regarding cleanup. Parking and access is always changing, renovations are constant and often dragged out for months at a time. Generally would not recommend to a friend.
