I live here and it's maintained very well. Also very quiet. Dogs are not allowed to be outside in cages or yards, therefore no dogs barking day or night. Its a very nice park surrounded by fields and trees. Really convenient to everything.
I give it 4stars only for the reason of not liking a small yard use to huge yards and land however the mobile homes on the lot are well kept up and lawns are as well
I have called several times over a 3 day span. No omr answers the phone and theu ebony return your call after leaving messages and a contact number on their voicemail
I wouldn’t even give one star rating very disappointed with them😡🤬🤯Would not recommend renting a lot from them they can’t even accommodate a 16x72 brand new mobile home..
Staff wasn't every nice . They couldn't care less if she rented a spot for me or not.
