She answered all of my questions which was about a million and one altogether . She made everything easy to understand. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Moving can be stressful, but Talonda made the experience smooth and pleasant. We moved to Tessa Shallowford with the expectation of living in a well-managed, energy-efficient community. While the homes look appealing and the on-site staff have been professional, our overall experience has been negatively impacted by decisions made at the corporate management and ownership level. First, I want to acknowledge that the leasing office staff and maintenance team have been excellent. They have been courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
