Online pictures are years old and not representative of the current owners out of California. No resident manager. District manager who doesn't give a crap what the property looks like because derelict shredded flag has been there for a year and leasing sign leaning on a bush has been that way for over 6 months, No parking lot lines at all, old tshirts laying on top of power meter that has been there for a year now. No handicap labeled parking people smoking drugs under the building, and only one trash dumpster location all the way at the bottom of a steep hill on another street. No parking when you come home late from work, because people have 2 cars or more and take up all the parking. I absolutely hate how you completely removed the trash dumpter from the building along Barbur. I am disabled and cannot trek up and down that big hill to take out the garbage- I have to get help from someone which is a pain and ridiculous. Accessible garbage should be a GIVEN. Also getting any kind of maintenance is really difficult and the last two times they "fixed " something they did a horrible job and created new problems. The workers don't speak English so it's impossible to communicate with them. I wish you had a phone number we could call and talk to a real person about issues, or someone on site during business hours, like we used to have. Pictures of property on website are not current. No parking lines. These people can't even count how many parking spaces they have. Barely enough parking for 1 car per unit and they gave out 2 parking permits per unit. Duh! Charging people for garbage service when there is no garbage service at 7360 sw Barbur blvd. Now graphititi paint out front by the sign. Homeless people prowling the parking lot. Not safe.

During the previous property management there was a huge flooding issue that caused water to cascade from my apartment to the one below in multiple rooms through the interior walls from the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I communicated this previous event to Next Wave and my request that mold remediation be sent out. The mold is mainly inside the walls due to the nature of the leak and flooding, which wasn’t visible when they sent maintenance to address the issue. My request for mold remediation was ignored and since the mold was in interior walls I was told mold wasn’t an issue/didn’t exist. I knew it was as I had developed health issues from the black mold like lung issues, skin sensitivities, and severe acne, not to mention I was present for the flooding. To say this property managemen
