Territory at Greenhouse

I want to thank Veronica and the leasing team for their excellent service, always kind and professional. I also love the common areas; they’re spacious and very nice. I’m now in my second year living here, and it’s been a great experience.

Somehow my review is missing. do NOT live here! My move-out experience at Territory at Greenhouse included excessive charges and unethical practices. While I accept responsibility for legitimate damages (my bed and TV caused marks on the floor), the rest of the fees were inflated or outright fabricated. The Breakdown: Legitimate Charges: I understand being charged for floor damage from my bed and TV—fair wear and tear, though the initial $300 quote for minor dents was unreasonable. False Key Charge: They added a $180 "key charge" despite me returning all keys (Yale, house, garage, and mail) exactly as received. The mail key was given ti the front office because I walked out and locked the door and remembered I still had it. Suspicious Adjustments: Their revised bill reduced other fees

I had a wonderful experience at Territory at Greenhouse. The ladies in the office were welcoming, patient, and had such amazing energy. They made the process feel comfortable during a very sensitive time for my family. I truly felt at ease with the idea of my mother living here.

Absolutely horrible! Do not apply. They will steal your money and take forever to approve you. I already informed them of my situation and they encouraged me to still apply. Management (Minessa) will smile in your face and tell you one thing but give you a complete runaround. I applied to another spot (better layout and more sq ft and was approved and have been there ever since. I hate to say it was racially motivated but what other reason could it have been. They called and verified my job, rental history etc but still took forever. I’m so glad I went the spot I’m at now. BEWARE!!!

We just moved and so far the place is great. Quiet. We are in a floor plant and everything is quiet, clean and management is willing to help you or guide you trough everything you need. People next doors seems to be nice also. Pet friendly, my puppy is loving the place too, they have a park for pets and you can groom them there.
