Being the very first owner to build from dirt in Terreno, I am thrilled and amazed at what this great community has become. What a great new community located in Northeast Naples, or Golden gate estates, Immokalee then right on Oil well. When I bring a client to this community they are always impressed by the quality, the new growth of the area, impressive amenities and a very pretty entrance just to name a few! My team has already secured multiple lots/homes in this community, we can’t wait to do more business in Terreno!

Today is our two year closing day anniversary. We love it here and we couldn’t have made a better decision, especially nailed that the amenities are open.

I decided on this community because it being all single family homes, location, and the future amenity center. It seems like I’m getting good quality for my $. It was great working with the employees, lending officer, field manager. I am anticipating it to be a great community to live,raise a family in. Being close to schools and nearby future shopping.
