We wanted to be residents here. Took a tour. Spent some time with the sales rep in the office. She asked us a few questions including our price range. First home she took us to was $100k out of our price range. Tour was over at that point. When commission drives behavior you lose customer service. It’s really a beautiful community. We ended up in Babcock but in a community where our representative actually listened and the builder worked with us to find the right fit.
Highly recommend the team at DiVosta for a build in TerraWalk. All team members from Sales (Jon Dailey) to the construction manager (Ben) were excellent to work with on my build. Great communication and high quality results.
Beautiful new community in Babcock Ranch. Sales associates are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The decorated models are fabulous.
Isabel showed us great models and a couple move-in ready homes. They're beautiful and Isabel was friendly and helpful.
We’re happy with our new Divosta home in Terrawalk. There are a number of quality features built in standard and many more optional ones as well. Our construction manager Fabio was great to work with. They completed the house super fast, 5 months from contract to completion.
