On Saturday,April 13, 2024, around 2pm, My husband and I, that are First Time home buyers, experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a builder. In a mortgage sales position, customer facing you have to employ people that give a great impressions and make potential customer feel welcome and want to buy. From the moment we walked in she had an attitude that she did not want us to be there. She was the most unprofessional person in the entire model home park of 23 builders. I won't outline all she did but, she made us feel horrible. We would never think about investing time or MONEY at Terrata or LGI since she represents both.
