I don’t understand the negativity towards the office staff. I have to say that after going to many communities and talking to many people that Angela and Rhonda are the absolute friendliest and most helpful I have come across. Particularly Rhonda who went to bat for me with management when I didn’t meet one qualification and subsequently got approved! Have not moved in yet but looking forward to the day coming up soon. Grounds are nicely kept and I’m particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the community laundry area, something I’ve been dreading not having my own in apartment however, this is so clean!

Have been a Terracina tenant for 10 years, and management and staff USED TO BE extremely friendly and helpful. Over time, the manager quit and so did a few of the great staff, and the only ones left are rude, unhelpful, lazy members of management. Absolute awful team that fails to send out notices regarding changes in rent, loses paychecks, and does not respond to tenant issues. It used to be a great community of people, now it’s an overpriced run-down apartment complex with a clear coat of paint on top.

Apartment manager Rhonda had an attitude and is unwilling to work with people. She didn't keep me afloat when it came to processing my paperwork and the requirements needed. Then when I called asking about my application status, she acted as though she couldn't be bothered and told me that she hasn't gotten to me yet and would call me by the end of the day.

I lived here for about three years from age 9-12, had amazing memories growing up here playing football with all the other kids in the complex. The staff at the time we're awesome folks and really took care of the residents. My favorite memory about this place was once a month on the hottest nights they do a midnight swim so people could cool off at the pool. Glad to see that this place is still around!

I love it here. We being here for 8 years. We never have problem. First we had Maryann great lady and now we have Rhonda which is a great lady too. I like my neighbors.
