Terraces at Manchester

I love living here! The view is absolutely gorgeous. I love how close it is to the river. The office staff and maintenance are good. One warning: if you don’t have a dog, I do not recommend living on the 5th floor. It’s where the little dog park is and it stinks on that floor. I live on the 7th so it doesn’t affect me, but just warning you! This place is a lovely place to live. The parking deck feels very safe and that’s a big plus for me.

There is absolutely no place better to live than Terraces at Manchester! The maintenance is amazing, Kenny is always on it no matter what the issue! And the office staff is always so helpful regardless of what I need or if I just stop by to say hi! I can’t imagine living anywhere else!

Terraces @Manchester is luxury living redefined. The apartment has a large balcony with great views, and a modern kitchen with plenty of natural light. The management truly understands that apartment living is not just about the building itself but making sure the residents follow the community guidelines that make it a good experience for all. It is no accident that the dog park and dog run are squeaky clean; that there is no garbage or debris in the hallways; and no noise from the neighbors. I have seen/lived in newer “luxury” apartments around here where the management have allowed the residents to abuse the amenities and the facilities to a point where they’re no longer useful. Big kudos to Amy, the property manager for being sensitive and proactive in meeting the needs of the resident

Not ideal for students, professionals, or anyone expecting a peaceful living environment. Noise issues go unresolved for weeks or even months, and management expects residents to constantly call the police instead of taking real action. Even after raising concerns multiple times, we saw little follow-through just vague promises and deflection. Meanwhile, they’ll nickel-and-dime you for everything. Kenny was a plus though he was great.

I’ve been living here for about a month now, and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the Terraces. Lisa & Destini are amazing, patient, and incredibly kind. They are always there to help, and they are nothing short of amazing! I haven’t encountered the maintenance team quite yet, but whenever I see them around the building, they are always super friendly and warm. I’m already thinking about renewing next year, and the team here has a lot to do with that!!
