This is the perfect place for my son and daughter-in-law to begin with their brand new baby! I can still remember touring these apartments with my husband very pregnant with my son 23 years ago. And it still has the same feel of families working to get started or striving to reestablish balance. As for safety, sure it's no secured gated community. And it doesn't promise a false sense of security However, I don't believe it's any more unsafe than anywhere else. If you treat your neighbors respectfully and kindly, my experience is they respond with like energy.👑🌞

Moving in is good at first but once you have been there for a while things have changed trash all over the property and the Neighbor were picking it up then you will get Neighbors from Hell They will take money from you just because of normal wear and tear my family had to take the Apartment as is. Plus the office is unprofessional and treats you any kind of way and you will not get all your money when you move out. Neighbors likes to pick and start stuff with other neighbors just because

This place is a joke. Yesterday I had an issue with one of their employees. As i was leaving my mothers home he bumped into me. I waited a few minutes to see if he was going to say something he didn't he literally kept on moving. So of course like any other human being I addressed the situation by saying "excuse you". Honestly all this man had to be was apologize for shoving me out of his way and things would have been fine. Instead he started to shout "OH relax I didn't see you". It wasn't what he said but definitely how he said it that made me upset. Of course that escalated the situation to the point where we both were in each other face yelling. I have had a mouse problem for over 2 years! I don’t believe they care! The bottom line I hear is “well it’s cold they come inside!” I’m so over this place! Out of everything I could complain about, they act like living with vermin is okay. I will not take this any longer.
