Terrace View Apartments

My husband and I lived at terrace view for a few years while I was going to school. The staff were always very nice and helpful. The apartments are on the cheaper side for the nice area they are in. We really enjoyed living here and we were sad to go but we had to move back to our hometown.

I would recommend living here to any of my closest family or friends. This is by far THE best maintained apartment complex in the city, quick maintenance response, friendly grounds crews, and a lot more to appreciate! Thank you Caitlyn, Erica, and the countless other's that keep this great place running smooth!

Terrace View has been my home for 26 years and has been the most amazing place to raise my Daughter! It has ALWAYS been the safe secure home with an AMAZING staff! Everyone here truly cares. I can’t put into words how grateful I am to them. If you are looking for a perfect home…you will definitely NOT be disappointed.

Ive been living here for many years. Im very grateful for all the years spent here. The management has been very good to me all these years. The property manager Erica has done a phenomenal job running this place. I will say the management and staff deserve a raise for all the great work they do. Its been a pleasure living here all these years thank you for everything 🙏

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved living here. We would have stayed longer, but we bought a home. The staff is so wonderful, especially the maintenance team! The front desk staff is incredible as well; we always had great interactions with Erica, Cat, Krystal, Candy, and Casandra! A big shout-out to the supervisor, Stephanie. I shared some words with her, and she was so kind and willing to listen to me. Overall, I definitely recommend these apartments! Thank you Terrace View for being so good to us!
