Terrace Glen Apartments

I would like to start by saying we originally posted this two years ago but it keeps getting removed. Our review is truthful. Many of the reviews that are bad are getting taken down. Let this be a warning that Terrace Glen is fighting to take down the truthful bad reviews. Being left with false 5 star no review posts, many by staff of Terrace Glen. We are extremely disappointed with our experience living at Terrace Glen Apartments. We have thankfully since moved and want to share our true honest review with you so you can do your own due diligence. Over the course of our tenancy at Terrace Glen Apartments we dealt with extremely noisy neighbors at all hours of the night/day, teenagers going into UNLOCKED empty units drinking, unsupervised kids purposefully yelling and running down halls,

While they do have mini split based HVAC systems, which is badly needed in affordable housing, there are too many issues for me to want to live here. Their online leasing application portal is completely disabled, and messages always goes to voicemail, and emails are never responded to. You are better off living at a mission-driven property management and trauma informed nonprofit, rather than one that is purely corporate-based.

Whatever tenant thinks it’s appropriate to video tape children in the parking lot needs to get it together. You do not have the permission to be recording other people. Want a camera on your car ok, video taping every single permission without their permission IS NOT OK. And to the other comments- there are a ton of broken down vehicles and people working on them literally daily. Packages get stolen constantly. Management and their volunteers are constantly gossiping about other people.

This apartments are very nice, but you have to be careful walking on your way to your car on the parking lot since there is many pet owners living here sometimes they won’t pick up after their dogs, the study rooms are mostly empty and I feel like those rooms could be used for something much better for everyone perhaps a gym!

I have lived here for one year and the staffs were amazing and helpful and accessible. My main problem was the smell of marijuana in the elevator and hallway. I lived in fourth floor and one my neighbor kids were screaming each time he walked in hallway. If you are okay with noise and smell highly recommend because it’s very affordable.
