To charge $950 for places that the site manager herself feels bad to show people because of how run down/ UNSAFE it is, should be a crime. Sir if you own all of these “44” properties in the area you should be well off enough to make them safe & livable in the most basic sense. Shame on you!
Dirty, horrible management !!! Not worth living here when you have to be afraid of the management. Not even allowed to have guest !!!
