Warning. As a family member just trying to pickup a member of the family was approached by a black man in the parking lot. Asking me question of why I'm there. Then asking me if a saw a lady running with no shoes. I kept my car door locked and window cracked while texting my family to stay put in the appartment for a minute. I was very concerned for our safety. Later that evening after I took my family home. They got a knock on the door asking all kinds of strange questions. Then today I saw the raid on the complex where they arrested a person for human trafficking. It's not safe. Keep your family members out. It's nasty on top of safety.

With the current state of management I would not recommend anyone move here. Ms shwanna Greene actively ignores the community she literally ignored my phone calls after I've seen her in the office. She ignored me when I finally was demanding my lease after she said I was on a month to month lease that I did not sign. She also turned the power off and I was without power for 4 days trying to get my lease she doesn't care about anything but herself

My experience was awful, unresponsive and especially the manager. I was very shocked and I couldn't believe how much she had lied and with her bad attuned. I don't even understand how she become a manager??? ANYWAY... Suggestion advisement: If you are interest to rent one of their apt rooms, I highly recommend that to CHECK the room FIRST before fill any application and before payment!!!!!!! If the worker didn't offer, I highly recommend to ask or force the coworker to show the room that you might live in. Because if you don't ask them, they will charge extra fees, and they will take forever for a new room.

I am not a resident but I have contacted the property multiple times for about a week now and have not got any response. I was robbed last week and I had devices stolen that are being tracked back to this complex!! I know there is nothing they can do as we are not sure exactly who it is YET, but I really feel like this is something a property should be aware of, especially since it happens to their own residents constantly.

I’ve been living here for about a year, and when Ms. Shawanna Greene was the property manager, everything ran smoothly. You could actually reach the office for answers, and maintenance (Andrew, Edward, and the Cuban gentleman) was reliable, requests were handled the same day or by the next. The complex stayed clean, with trash picked up and the grounds well-kept. Since new management (Christopher) took over, things have gone downhill. Unnecessary fees are being added, including inflated late fees and charges for pest control even though no service has been done since January. Calls to the office go unanswered, and emails or portal messages receive no response. Maintenance under the new management seems untrained and unprofessional.
