What a fantastic experience we had during our recent stay in Ponte Vedra! From the moment we arrived on April 4th, 2024, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the location. Being just a few steps away from the beach made every morning and evening a serene retreat. The backyard, in particular, was a highlight, offering a fabulous space for relaxation and enjoyable evenings grilling or star gazing. The inside of the home was impeccably decorated in a beach casual style, which perfectly complemented the tranquil surroundings. We had an incredible week at the beach house! The property was spotless and spacious, perfect for our large family. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk away, providing endless hours of fun and relaxation. The highlight for the kids was definitely the surf lessons—such an amazing experience! The instructor was encouraging and knowledgeable, making it a fun and safe activity for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, enjoyable, and memorable beach getaway!

What a wonderful weekend my family had in Ponte Vedra. We stayed in the most amazing home right on the beach. The house is older with amazing charm. The house was well organized and extremely clean. The best part of staying was Kacci!!! Kacci and her husband greeted us with smiles and fantastic attitudes. Kacci made us feel so welcomed and helped us with a chef, birthday cake, lining up pickleball and groceries. Not only lining these things up she was available to help us with questions the entire weekend. She is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed at a Terra Inovations property in Ponte Vedra Beach for 6 nights. (April 21-17). The property was renovated very nicely and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again if I go back. The house was very comfortable and tastefully apportioned. Top notch short term rental!
