What an amazing team Evan and Maria make. We were looking for a specific type of property with many “wants”. We were not expecting to find the perfect match but Evan and Maria gave us a call with pretty much a perfect match. We fell in love with the property immediately. We are enjoying the property immensely and so are our grown children and grandchildren. We have made lots of improvements outside that Evan suggested. Plenty more to do to make it absolutely fabulous. This property is secluded and absolutely beautiful with lots of history around as an added bonus!

Evan and Maria were awesome to work with. My wife and I were looking for 40+ acreage with live water on the property and they quickly went to work. Inventory at the time was limited and they did a great job keeping us informed on the status of their search, open listings, recent closings, etc. They were always responsive, prompt, and friendly / approachable. Maria and Evan were amazing to work with. My husband I were moving from North Carolina to Missouri. This move came with several obstacles regarding my husband’s transfer with work.
