It is difficult to justify in words the level of expertise one gets with Teri Medley but I will do my best: I have purchased many properties and worked with many realtors in my lifetime, and Teri is by far the most talented and professional. Expect timely responses, receptive discourse, creative suggestions, the utmost flexibility, the suavest negotiating skills, and a friendly demeanor that makes the often-stressful process of house hunting feel like a day out with an old friend. Teri knows the market, she knows it well, and if you’re looking for white glove service, this is where you get it. You will be EXTREMELY hard pressed to find another realtor who has this much to offer, particularly in this day and age.

Where do I begin?! Teri is the ultimate professional when it comes to being a top notch realtor. I was looking for a home to downsize in retirement and would have never thought to look in the area that she showed me. I told her my likes and dislikes, how I was looking to spend my retirement years, my ‘must haves’, etc. and she knocked it out of the ballpark!!! She was patient and kind and I felt comfortable with her and talking to her. That’s important when it comes to relying on someone to find you your dream home. A lot of realtors just want a sale....Teri just wants happy clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
