Tent City Apartments

Turning off the air conditioning when it’s over 80 degrees outside is crazy work. This place does not care about its residents. Not a good place to move if you enjoy being comfortable in your apartment for the amount you pay them in rent. If you want your apartment consistently being over 85° in the fall and spring transitions, then Tent City is your place! There’s no way this is legal. Find somewhere else to live, I wish I had. The heat is brutal.

I currently live here and been here for 6 years I hate this place! There’s never any parking and they charge 88 dollars a month for the street parking and theres a waiting list for the parking garage and after 6 years I still can’t get a parking spot! There’s a huge rodent problem where they chew through the walls even right after the holes get repaired! I’ve been asking to be moved to another unit with less stairs due to my asthma and recently having a stillborn baby and still can’t even get in the house to be on bed rest because there’s never any parking.. do not move here you’ll hate it I promise you I still hate it here nothing has changed

Great location, nice tenants, and friendly management. The only downside is the street noise if you're facing Dartmouth which is absolutely horrible. Had to use earplugs some nights.

Management is so kind and considerate they really go above and beyond to make these apartments a home and make sure you are comfortable as residents and it is a beautiful place to live!!

I submitted an application with all my information more than a week ago. Been calling the office and leaving messages ever since. We have called at 20 or 30 times during working hours. There’s just no one answering the phone.
