I cannot express how disgusted and frustrated I am with this title company. They have turned what should have been a straightforward refund of my earnest money deposit into an infuriating, drawn-out nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn every homebuyer in Tennessee (and beyond) to steer clear. Buyers: Do NOT use this company unless you enjoy fighting for your own money. Get everything in writing, involve an attorney early if they stall, and choose a more reputable service. Zero stars deserved. This is predatory and incompetent. Beware.

Do not trust this company with your paperwork or money. I had a signed contract and was told to bring in my earnest money, but when I arrived, they had no record of the property and only scanned my check, promising to email a receipt later—which I never received. After the inspection failed, we terminated the contract and signed all required documents the same night. Despite being told my refund would be processed quickly and even sent overnight, it took over five days for anyone to respond, and calls and emails were ignored. This level of communication and handling of funds is extremely unprofessional. And I still have not received my earnest money! I would not recommend this company.

Working with Jami and Amy at Tennessee title was a breeze. They had a secure and easy to use online tool. Communication was so easy, I received calls and emails each step of the way so I never felt lost in the process. The title fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any future loan needs!

Let me say that this is one of the best Title Companies I have ever worked with. The location is nice but the people are amazing! Jaime and Amy are a great team and will do what ever it takes to make sure you clients are well taken care of. Both are friendly, kind,caring, and easy to speak with.

I absolutely love working with Tennessee Title Service. All the girls there are very sweet and professional. They make my closings so easy and seamless. They are very responsive and go above and beyond. I look forward to working with them more in the future.
