We used THI to inspect the home we had just put a contract on. Kenny did a great job. He was there on time and was very thorough. It is a newer house and we didn't expect there to be any problems, but it gave us peace of mind knowing an expert had checked everything out, especially the things we couldn't see ourselves, like inside the attic. We received our report promptly and Kenny was available to answer a couple of questions we did have. I would definitely use THI and Kenny again!
