I've toured probably 100 apartment complexes over the years - the experience at TEN50 with James Gavin was the most impressive I've ever had. He patiently showed me so many options of layouts and really worked to understand my top priorities. He made the tour relaxed and fun, and I know He has my best interest at heart. He stayed way after hours to make sure I saw everything I wanted to. The building itself is jaw-dropping. The views of the mountains and the city from the top floor and also the pool/hot tub are insane.I love the high ceilings in the units and the airy layout in some of the studios. The co-working space and gym also are very fancy, as the building is brand new. I highly recommend reaching out to James Gavin for a tour and checking out this property. Can't wait to call TEN50

Toured this "castle" on a Friday night, after receiving an exclusive invite to a grand opening party. A group of us toured with James "the great" this night. There were about 12 of us, wanting to see various layouts, so James covered all bases. We all toured many units on the 15th floor, and a few on a lower level. For individual requests, we kind of broke off into smaller groups, where James directed us in various directions on the same level, unlocking doors along the way. I use to work in the industry and never seen and leasing professional do this. I've worked various new properties and this is a very effective skill to have. It was so impressive, very inclusive. Let’s be real, hunting for a new apartment is usually pretty stressful. But honestly? Our experience at Ten50 was a total game-changer. We toured with Candice and Patrick, and they were just incredible. They seriously bent over backwards to make sure we found exactly what we needed. From the very first day we met the staff to the day we moved in it has been nothing less than pure joy and bliss! Every single staff member is kind and nice, and particularly James who showed us around when we first toured the building, and walked us through applying, arranged and helped us with our move in. Everything has been seamless and easy. James has gone far and beyond to accommodate us and help us with every single detail of the stress of moving homes! 5 🌟’s all around! Ten50 is where it’s at!
